    Hi!

I am trying to configure my iPhone so that it works with the email service. Does someone know how to do the configuration?

    Hi Admin!

The following settings work if you are using our email service. If you are using Google, Microsoft 365, Rackspace, or another provider, please look for the specific entry in the forum. In case you don´t find it, please contact support at for instructions/advise.

Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
Tap Other to add your account manually.

Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account.

Enter your email address and password, tap Next, then follow these steps:

Choose IMAP for your new account.

Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server.

    Outgoing email server:
    SMTP server: mail.hello.technology
    - Enable SSL
    - Authentication via Password
    - Sever port: 465

Be sure to enter your email and password in the configuration for the Outgoing email.

    Incoming email server:
    IMAP server:
    Try client.hello.technology
    Check the Advanced settings:
    - Enable SSL
    - Authentication via Password
    - Server port: 993
    - IMAP Path prefix should be left empty
    - S/MIME should be off

This process is always tricky. If you run into any issues, please contact and someone will guide you through and make sure you get it all right.
