Ideally, Any Email if used for Bulk Emailing from your own server will cause Blacklisting by ISP.

Using one of the Email Marketing campaigns is always a best option for sending Bulk Emails. There are quite a lot of them out there which you may use.

    Hi Mike,

Our email service (hello.co/email) is not for bulk email. It is restricted to a non-bulk number of emails per day. I strongly suggest that you don´t use regular email for bulk email. Several problems may arise:

    - You can get banned from sending more email.
    - Your service may get suspended because of the bulk email use.
    - The whole underlying infrastructure could get banned in blacklists affecting not only your service but the service for all the users sharing the system.

Several tools allow for the massive sending of emails. The one that first pops to me is MAILCHIMP.

Use a search engine to find "email marketing platforms", "bulk email tools", etc. and you´ll find a lot of providers. They may require you to configure some DNS entries to your domain before allowing you to send the emails.

I also advice that you only email your customers. Sending emails to unrelated people may cause the email platform to ban your account and suspend your services. Also, comply to their recommendations and guidelines.

    Best regards,

    Gerardo

    Hello, Mike!
I can suggest you a program for sending bulk emails, called Atomic Mail Sender. I've been using it for a while now. And, answering your question about the maximum limit of emails - you can send more than 200k emails at once.
    Hope it helps, good luck!
