To configure your Hello.co Email in an iPad follow these instructions:
(It should be just as with your iPhone)...
The following settings work if you are using our email service. If you are using Google, Microsoft 365, Rackspace, or another provider, please look for the specific entry in the forum. In case you don´t find it, please contact support at supportathellodotco for instructions/advise.
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
Tap Other to add your account manually.
Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account.
Enter your email address and password, tap Next, then follow these steps:
Choose IMAP for your new account.
Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server.
Outgoing email server:
SMTP server: Try secure.emailsrvr.com or mail.hello.technology
- Enable SSL
- Authentication via Password
- Sever port: 465
Be sure to enter your email and password in the configuration for the Outgoing email.
Incoming email server:
IMAP server:
Try secure.emailsrvr.com or client.hello.technology
Check the Advanced settings:
- Enable SSL
- Authentication via Password
- Server port: 993
- IMAP Path prefix should be left empty
- S/MIME should be off
