    Hello!

    Last week I initiated a domain name transfer out. On Jan 31st I received an email that did not have the option to approve the transfer. It only had a link to cancel it. So I assumed the transfer would proceed automaticaly, after 5 days. Those 5 days have passed and the domain is still in my account. It's status (using Whois service) is still "pendingTransfer".
    Support chat is always "Offline" and did not respond to any of my three messages. I also sent a message to and got no reply.
    What can I do to make the transfer be completed?

    Transfers normally take 5 days after the administrative contact approves the process from the administrative contact email.

    As you can see in the attached email I had no way of approving the process...
    What do I must do for the transfer to complete?

    Does Hello.co allow to approve a transfer out, in order to make it faster than the regular 5-7 days?
