I forgot the password for my Email account.
Can someone help me? I don´t have the password for an Email I have at Hello.
If you forgot your password of if you are having trouble with an email provided by us, I suggest you reset the password for that account.
For that, follow these steps:
1. Log into your administrative account at
Use the Email and Password you provided at the time of registration. Most likely this is not an email account you have with us, but a different one.
2. Once logged in, please look for the domain that is associated to the email service in the left panel, Active section. Click on the domain.
3. The Management section for the domain will show on the right. Under the Services tab, look for the Email blurb and click Manage Accounts.
4. The Email Administrative section will come up. Look for the mailbox you want to edit and click on it.
5. Change the password and make sure you have the new password written down or memorized.
