    I have this tedious problem and no knowledge on how to fix it. Essentially, the problem is that my website isn't working. When accessing it says that memory usage is almost full (which I know it isn't), I/O Usage is full, and Disk Space Usage is full — all of which I know I have not.

    Please help

    One of the most common messages that you will find when having an error with your site is the "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" message. When this happens, you can email us at or open a live chat session at our site, giving us the name of your domain and the error message you are getting and we will increase the Bandwidth limit for your hosting service.

    Now, one important thing to keep in mind is that sometimes when this happens it is due to your site not being well optimized; so we highly encourage you to test your site at https://gtmetrix.com/ for example in order to know what you can improve at your side.

    Last but not least, if by any chance you need to upgrade your hosting service capacity, you can follow the next steps:

    1. Go to https://www.hello.co

    2. Log into your account with us.

    3. Click on top of your domain.

    4. Under the "Services" section look for the Hosting column

    5. You will see a green plus sign (+) right next to the hosting capacity you currently have, please click on top of it.

    6. Complete the payment.

    7. Enjoy :)
